About this policy
This policy explains how Lumenfront handles information. Lumenfront is developed by Wesley Young.
Lumenfront has no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, developer account system, or developer-controlled backend.
Data the game uses
Lumenfront stores the following information locally on your device:
- Audio settings and other app preferences.
- First-launch completion and review-prompt eligibility.
- Free Play configuration.
- Campaign progress.
- Custom-level files that can be recovered and edited in the game.
- A minimal cache recording whether this installation previously verified the Full Campaign entitlement and the verification date.
This local information is used to provide the game experience and is not sent to the developer. Lumenfront does not store payment-card information.
Game Center is optional. If you choose to use it, Apple may process your Game Center player identity, authentication state, achievements, leaderboard entries, and related information.
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.
Data the game does not collect
Lumenfront does not collect personal information, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, advertising data, analytics, crash logs, or diagnostic information through the app. It does not use tracking technologies or operate an account system or game server.
The game does not ask for access to motion sensors, the microphone, the device camera, photos, or location. Custom levels are stored locally and are not uploaded to the developer or shared through a developer-operated service.
How information is used
On-device information is used to remember settings, preserve campaign progress and custom levels, configure Free Play, and keep purchased campaign content available when appropriate. The locally cached entitlement is not used to grant a new purchase; Apple-verified transactions are authoritative.
Information voluntarily sent by email is used to investigate the issue, reply to you, and maintain a limited record of the support conversation. The developer does not sell or rent personal information and does not use information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Third-party services
Apple Game Center
Game Center is optional and is used for authentication, achievements, and leaderboards. Apple may process your Game Center identity, authentication state, achievements, scores, and related service information. Game Center information is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy and applicable Game Center terms.
Apple App Store and StoreKit
StoreKit is used to display and sell the optional one-time Full Campaign Unlock, verify transactions, and restore access. Payments, payment-card information, transaction processing, purchase history, refunds, and Apple Account information are handled by Apple. The developer does not receive your full payment-card information.
Lumenfront receives verified transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock Acts 2–5 or restore a purchase. It locally remembers whether the installation previously observed a verified entitlement and the verification date. Apple handles this service under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Lumenfront does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, cloud-storage, or backend-hosting providers.
Data retention and deletion
Settings, campaign progress, Free Play configuration, custom levels, and the entitlement cache remain on the device. Removing Lumenfront generally removes this local data, although iOS device-backup behavior is controlled by Apple and your device settings. In-app reset controls may remove particular local information where offered.
Because the developer does not operate an account or server containing player data, the developer generally has no remote gameplay record to delete. Apple-managed Game Center and purchase information must be managed using Apple's account, privacy, and support tools.
Support emails are retained in the developer's email account only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, keep a record of the resolution, meet legal obligations, or prevent abuse. You may request deletion of a support conversation by emailing the privacy contact, subject to any legal retention requirement.
Children's privacy
Lumenfront does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Game Center and App Store services are provided by Apple under Apple's account and family controls. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information in a support email may contact the developer to request its deletion.
Security
Lumenfront minimizes information handling by keeping game data on the device and relying on Apple for Game Center and purchase processing. Reasonable safeguards are used for support email, but no method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if Lumenfront features or data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before or when the changed feature is released.
